Standard Delivery Timelines:
Laundry items are typically delivered within 72 hours.
Dry Cleaned garments may take up to 120 hours.
Express Services:
For urgent processing and delivery, a 100% surcharge applies.
Minimum Order for Free Pickup/Drop:
Complimentary doorstep service is available for laundry orders of 3 kilograms or more.
Delivery Delays:
While we aim for timely delivery, unexpected delays may occur due to operational or environmental factors. We ensure to keep you informed promptly in such cases.
Garment Inspection:
Customers are advised to inspect all garments upon delivery for satisfaction.
Fabric & Color Disclaimer:
Dhoban does not take responsibility for any fading, color bleeding, shrinkage, or damage to delicate detailing such as sequins, embroidery, or embellishments.
Stain Removal Commitment:
While our experts strive for maximum stain removal, some marks may be permanent due to fabric sensitivity or previous damage. All items are processed at the customer’s own risk.
Uncollected Orders:
Items not picked up within 15 days of scheduled delivery may lose eligibility for complaint resolution or reprocessing.
Force Majeure Clause:
Dhoban holds no liability for damages due to unforeseeable events such as fire, theft, or natural disasters.
Garment-Specific Pricing:
Pricing varies based on the material, complexity, and treatment requirements of each garment. The provided price list serves as a general reference.

Cleaning Technology:

Any legal matters will be subject to the courts located in Delhi.

1. Coverage You Can Rely On
This program safeguards customers against any potential damage or loss that may occur during our cleaning or handling process.
2. Free Re-Cleaning Guarantee
Should there be any dissatisfaction due to cleaning quality, we offer one complimentary reprocessing of the affected garment.
3. No Cost, Just Convenience
As part of our commitment to service excellence, this protection is currently available free of charge.
⚠ Note: This benefit is applicable only for orders paid through the Dhoban mobile application.
4. Value Reference
The compensation, if applicable, will be based on the net processing value of the item (after applying any discounts), as per the official Dhoban invoice.
5. Claim Window
Please inspect your clothes at the time of delivery.
Any concerns related to damage, loss, or quality must be reported within 48 hours of delivery. Claims raised after this window will unfortunately not be eligible for the protection benefit.
6. Jurisdiction
All legal matters or disputes, if any, shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Delhi.
